Roslyn joined SOILCO in 2022 and has more than 10 years of consulting and management experience in the Australian waste and resource recovery sector.

After completing her Bachelor of Engineering, Roslyn entered the waste and resource recovery industry working for MRA Consulting Group. Roslyn quickly gained a broad understanding of the sector and invaluable experience in business development and people management as a consultant and as the firm’s Business Manager. During her career Roslyn has also managed landfill, transfer station and commercial collection operations, delivered strategic projects and has been responsible for diverse business development activities.

Roslyn is well respected in the industry as a professional, multi-disciplinary and motivated manager. Roslyn calls Canberra home but her experience and networks enable her to work nationally across SOILCO’s growing footprint. Roslyn’s role in the Executive Leadership Team at SOILCO has enabled her to combine her dedication to the industry with her passion for infrastructure, sustainability and soil health.
