Duncan is a Sales and Business Development professional with more than 20 years of experience in the composting, landscape supply and horticultural industries.

Duncan’s passion for seeing organic materials processed and returned as beneficial products in both urban and rural landscapes drew him to join SOILCO in 2022. Before this, Duncan gained experience in a variety of technical sales and business development roles in organics, landfill and transfer station portfolios.

Duncan is a key member of SOILCO’s Executive Leadership Team combining his commercially astute mindset with a deep understanding of soil health products and composting processes in the resource recovery sector. Duncan brings to the table a strategic and collaborative approach as he works towards expanding the SOILCO product and service range.

Duncan has a Bachelor of Landscape Management and Conservation with Honors, majoring in Soil and Water studies. Duncan has also furthered his knowledge by undertaking formal training in the fields of biological farming and advanced open windrow composting.
