BRIEF OVERVIEW
SOILCO supplied Landform Gardens for landscaping works at Uniting Lakeview Retirement Community. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Landform Gardens and were able to successfully provide Gold Blend and Cottage Mulch to ensure higher survival rates in the harsh environment as per the client brief.

The site had limited access with multiple trades working at any one time. Deliveries had to be timed to provide regular supply of product to enable a continual work flow. Gold Blend was the specified garden soil for this project. The product was selected for its organic content and suits exotic plants and trees with higher nutrient and water requirements. Cottage Mulch was specified as the garden mulch. The fine texture and natural finish blended in with landscape design elements such as the dry creek bed feature at the front of the property. SOILCO had the logistics capabilities to deliver in the required time frames at the designated tipping points.
